1. Agreement to terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Lucki Studios, including luckistudios.com, Zeqa Tier Testing, Zeqa Coaching, associated Discord servers, player profiles, forums, tournaments, and support services (collectively, the "Services"). By using the Services you agree to these Terms and all applicable community rules.
2. Eligibility
You must comply with Discord's Terms of Service, Minecraft's applicable terms, and all server rules. You are responsible for activity on accounts you link. You must provide accurate information when submitting reports, appeals, reviews, or applications.
3. Unified profiles
One player profile may represent you across Zeqa Tier Testing and Zeqa Coaching when you verify with Discord. Profile data includes tier ranks, coaching session counts, earned badges, forum rank, and public competitive history.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Harass, threaten, dox, or discriminate against any person.
- Cheat, exploit, or falsify tier tests, coaching reviews, or tournament results.
- Submit false reports, appeals, bug reports, or forum content.
- Impersonate staff, coaches, or other players.
- Attempt to disrupt the website, Discord bots, queues, or admin systems.
- Scrape, spam, or automate abuse of site features.
5. Tier testing & coaching
Tier ranks are assigned by official testers under ZTT rules. Coaching is provided free by volunteer coaches under Coaching server rules. Reviews posted after sessions are published automatically to Our Reviews and Discord. False or malicious reviews may be removed and may result in moderation action.
6. Badges & achievements
Profile badges are earned through participation - tournaments, coaching, tier tests, official testing (tester role), and approved forum posts. Purchased or legacy store badges are not part of the current system. We may adjust or revoke badges obtained through abuse.
7. User content
You retain ownership of content you submit but grant Mineville Zeqa Hub a non-exclusive license to display, moderate, and store that content for operating the Services. Do not upload material you lack rights to share.
8. Moderation
Staff may warn, mute, ban, remove ranks, delete content, or restrict access at their discretion for rule violations. Appeals may be submitted where provided. Staff decisions are final unless successfully appealed through the official process.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Services at any time for violations or risk to the community. You may stop using the Services at any time.
10. Disclaimers
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, accurate rankings at all times, or specific coaching outcomes. Mineville Zeqa Hub is not affiliated with Mojang AB or Microsoft. Minecraft is a trademark of Mojang AB.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mineville Zeqa Hub shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the Services or Discord servers.
12. Changes
We may modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms take effect when posted with a revised date. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
